Martha Creek Provincial Park
Site 34
August 8 to 9, 2014
Great fishing, a wharf, paved boat launch and campsites on the reservoir are four lures that make this park popular with local anglers. The only provincial park on the Revelstoke reservoir, it features one of the few sandy beaches in the area and provides playground opportunities including an adventure playground, indoor cook shelter and a large picnic field complete with volleyball net and horseshoe pitch.
With its close proximity to Revelstoke, the park itself adds to the diversity of tourist attractions. Nearby Mount Revelstoke and Glacier National Parks in the rugged Selkirk Mountains, offer a wide range of activities. Especially popular is the paved Summit Road into the wildflower meadows and alpine of Mt Revelstoke.
